Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your RetroPulse purchase.

If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• The RetroPulse console must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items include:

• Items damaged through misuse or improper handling.
• Final sale items, if applicable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your RetroPulse console isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
